Refund policy

Please take a moment to choose wisely and remember that online reviews may not always align with your individual experience.

Given the specific nature of our products, we can only consider returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

1. The item received is incorrect.
2. The product arrived damaged.

In both situations mentioned above, we will evaluate the return or refund request before processing it, so we kindly ask that you are prepared to provide photographic evidence.

For items that are damaged, please submit proof of a claim lodged with the postal service in order to receive store credit or a refund. Defective or incorrectly sent items will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the fragrance
  • Incorrect item purchased


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
